Pottery and Friends offers $9.99 flat shipping rate for orders up to $51.00, $15.00 flat shipping rate for orders $52.00 - $121.00, and  free ground shipping on orders over $122.00 to 48 continental states before taxes, and after any discounts.

If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us directly to learn the shipping charge to your location.

Typically the pottery is shipped within two to three days of receiving the order. The orders are processed as soon as received, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once shipping label is created, your order can’t be canceled or changed, and it is a subject of return policy. The transit time depends on the delivery address. Feel free to contact us anytime to find out the status of your order.
