Returns & Refunds

Pottery and Friends will accept your return within 10 business days from the delivery date under the condition that the pottery is in the original condition, and the factory & inventory stickers are still intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost associated with the return. There is no shipping cost reimbursement for returns.

Any sales items are final. There are no returns or exchanges on sale pottery.

If your pottery is damaged during the shipment, please contact us within 2 business days of the order arrival. Please retain the package, its content in the condition it was received, and take the photos of damaged items in support of claim submission.

It is recommended to purchase the shipping insurance on the returned items since we are unable to track your package. It may take 3 to 5 business to process the return pottery.
